AN ACT to amend the Navigation Aet, 1904.

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia,BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

of the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Navigation Act Amend- s1=ort title.
