Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Navigable Waters Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2008.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Navigable
Waters Regulations 1958.

4.             Regulation 45BA amended

(1) Regulation 45BA(2) is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting “$253.10” and inserting instead —

“ $261.70 ”;

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting “$68.90” and inserting instead —

“ $71.20 ”.

(2)	Regulation 45BA(3) is amended by deleting “$190.50” and inserting instead —
“ $196.90 ”.
(3)	Regulation 45BA(6a)(b) is amended by deleting “$68.90.” and inserting instead —
“ $71.20. ”.
