NAVIGABLE WATERS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Navigable Waters Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1992.

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1992.

Principal regulations

3. In these regulations the Navigable Waters Regulations* are referred to

as the principal regulations.

Regulation 45B amended

4. Regulation 45B of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subregulation (3) by deleting the Table and substituting the following Table —

Regulation 45BA amended

6. Regulation 45BA of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subregulation (2) —

(i)

in paragraph (a) by deleting 1183.00" and substituting the following —

" $190.00 "; and

(ii)      in paragraph (b) by deleting "$183.00" and substituting the following —

" $190.00
(b) in subregulation (3) by deleting 1134.00" and substituting the following —
" $139.00

and

(c)

in subregulation (6) by deleting 149.00" and substituting the following —

" $51.00

Regulation 45D amended

7. Regulation 45D (2) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"60c" and substituting the following —
