Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Navigable Waters Amendment

1 August 1990.1 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3641

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1990.

Principal regulations

3. In these regulations the Navigable Waters Regulations* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulations 55 and 56 repealed

4. Regulations 55 and 56 of the principal regulations are repealed.

Regulation 57 amended

5. Regulation 57 of the principal regulations is amended—

(a) in subregulation (1) by deleting "charge payable under regulation 56

(3) (a)" and substituting the following—

appropriate fee set out in Appendix 1A of the Jetties Act Regula-

tions 1940 ";

(b)	in subregulation (5) by deleting "or under regulation 55"; and
(c)	in subregulation (6) by deleting "regulation 55 or".

Schedule 2 repealed

5. Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is repealed.
