NAVIGABLE WATERS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Navigable Waters Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1990.
Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1990.

Principal regulations

3. In these regulations the Navigable Waters Regulations* are referred to as the

" $9.00 ",

principal regulations.

Regulation 45B amended

4.Regulation 45B of the principal regulations is amended—

(a) in subregulation (3) by deleting the Table and substituting the following Table—

TABLE

Where the length of the vessel is—

(i)	less than 5 metres	24
(ii)	5 metres or over but less than 10 metres	48
(iii)	10 metres or over but less than 20 metres	91
(iv)	20 metres or over	125 ";

and

(b) in subregulation (4), by deleting "$8.00" and substituting the follow- ing—

Regulation 45BAA amended

5. Regulation 45BAA of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation

(4) (g) by deleting 18.00" and substituting the following—

$9.00 ".

Regulation 45BA amended

6. Regulation 45BA of the principal regulations is amended—

(a) in subregulation (2), by deleting 1161.00" where occurring in para-

graphs (a) and (b) and substituting in each case the following—

$172.00 ";

(b) in subregulation (3), by deleting 1118.00" and substituting the

following—

" $126.00 "; and

(c) in subregulation (6), by deleting "$43.00" and substituting the follow-

ing—

" $46.00 ".

Regulation 45D amended

7. Regulation 45D of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (2)

by deleting "25c" and substituting the following-

60c ".

Regulation 45E amended

8. Regulation 45E of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (2)

(a) by deleting 18.00" and substituting the following— $9.00 ".
