Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Navigable Waters Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2014.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Navigable Waters
Regulations 1958.

4.            Regulation 45B amended

In regulation 45B(3a) delete the Table and insert:

(1) less than 5 m 100.50

(ii) 5 or more but less than 10 m 213.60

(iii)	10 m or more but less than 20 m	428.40
(iv)	20 m or more	626.60

5.            Regulation 45BA amended

(1) In regulation 45BA(2):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete "$314.00" and insert:

(b) in paragraph (b) delete "$93.00" and insert:

$100.00

(2)	In regulation 45BA(3) delete 1237.00" and insert:
$245.00
(3)	In regulation 45BA(6a)(b) delete "$93.00." and insert:
