Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2009

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in

Regulations 1958.

Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Navigable Waters Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2009.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2009.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Navigable Waters

4.            Regulation 45B amended

(1) Delete the Table to regulation 45B(3a) and insert:

Table of fees

Where the length of the vessel is

(i)	less than 5 m	$76.10
(ii)	5 m or over but less than 10 m	$161.60
(iii)	10 m or over but less than 20 m	$324.40
(iv)	20 m or over	$474.50

(2) In regulation 45B(4) delete "$29.70." and insert:

$40.10.

5.            Regulation 45BAA amended

In regulation 45BAA(4)(g) delete "$29.70" and insert:

$40.10

6.            Regulation 45BA amended

(1) In regulation 45BA(2):

(a)	in paragraph (a) delete "$261.70" and insert: $272.70
(b)

in paragraph (b) delete "$71.20" and insert:

$74.20

(2) In regulation 45BA(3) delete "$196.90" and insert:

$205.20

(3) In regulation 45BA(6a)(b) delete "$71.20." and insert:

$74.20.
