Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Navigable Waters

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Navigable
Waters Regulations*.

3.             Regulation 57 amended

Regulation 57(1) is amended by deleting "Jetties Act
Regulations 1940" and inserting instead —

" Jetties Regulations 1940 "

4.            Regulation 58 amended

Regulation 58 is amended by deleting "ton" and inserting instead —

" tonne ".
