Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2002

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Navigable Waters
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2002.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2002.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Navigable
Waters Regulations*.

4.            Regulation 45A amended

Regulation 45A(2) is amended at the end of the definition of
"hull identification number" by deleting the full stop and
inserting a semicolon instead.

5.            Regulation 45B amended

(1) Regulation 45B(3a)(a) is amended by deleting "regulation" and
inserting instead -
" subregulation ".

(2)

Regulation 45B(3a)(b) is amended by deleting the Table to the paragraph and inserting the following Table instead -

(ii) 5 in or over but less than 10 in $103.00
(iii) 10 in or over but less than 20 in $191.30

(3) Regulation 45B(4) is amended by deleting "$24.10" and

inserting instead —

6.            Regulation 45BAA amended

Regulation 45BAA(4)(g) is amended by deleting "$24.10" and inserting instead —

7.            Regulation 45E amended

Regulation 45E(2)(a) is amended by deleting -$12.00- and
inserting instead —
" $24.70 ".
