Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

These regulations are the Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations 2018.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the
Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 section 278 comes
into operation.

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Navigable Waters
Regulations 1958.

4.      Regulation 19E amended

In regulation 19E(2)(b) delete "Wildlife Conservation Act 1950" and insert:

Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016
