Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Governoi , in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Navigable Waters Amendment
Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as tollows -

(a) regulations 1 and 2 on the day on •hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on I July 2012.

3.              Re-ulations .amended

These regulations amend the Navigable Waters
Regulations 1958.

4.             Regulation 45B amended

(1) In regulation 45B(3a) delete the Table and insert:

5.             Regulation 45BA amended

(1) In regulation 45B!1(2):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete "$280.90" and insert:

$305.00

(b) in paragraph (b) delete "$76.50" and insert:

$90.00

(2) In i ,e,ulation 45BA(3) delete "$21 1.30" and insert:

$230.00

(3) In regulation 45B!l(6a)(b) delete "$76.50." and insert:

$90.00.

6.             Regulation 45E amended

In regulation 45E(2)(a) delete "$19.60; and" and insert:

$20.20; and
