Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations 2009

3.	Regulations amended These regulations amend the Navigable Waters
Regulations 1958.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations 2009.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

4.            Regulation 19E amended

In regulation 19E(2)(c) delete "aboriginal aide appointed under section 38A of the Police Act 1892," and insert:

Aboriginal police liaison officer appointed under the Police Act 1892 section 38B(1),
