Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Navigable Waters Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2007.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Navigable
Waters Regulations 1958*.

4.            Regulation 45B amended

(1) The Table to regulation 45B(3a)(b) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$58.60" and inserting instead — " $61.40 ";
(b)	by deleting "$114.80" and inserting instead — " $120.30 ";
(c)	by deleting "$213.50" and inserting instead — " $223.70 ";
(d)	by deleting "$292.30" and inserting instead — " $306.30 ".

(2) Regulation 45B(4) is amended by deleting "$27.50." and

inserting instead —
" $28.80. ".

5.            Regulation 45BAA amended

Regulation 45BAA(4)(g) is amended by deleting "$27.50" and inserting instead —

" $28.80 ".

6.            Regulation 45BA amended

(1) Regulation 45BA(2) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$241.60" and inserting instead — " $253.10 ";
(b)	by deleting "$65.80" and inserting instead — " $68.90 ".

(2) Regulation 45BA(3) is amended by deleting "$181.80" and

inserting instead —

" $190.50 ".

(3) Regulation 45BA(6a)(b) is amended by deleting -$65.80.- and

inserting instead —

" $68.90. ".
