Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Navigable [Vaters Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Navigable
Waters Regulations 1958*.

4.            Regulation 45B amended

(1) Regulation 45B(3a)(b) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$56.60" and inserting instead -
" $58.60 ";
(b)	by deleting "$110.90" and inserting instead -
" $114.80 ";
(c)	by deleting "$206.10" and inserting instead
" $213.50 ";
(d)	by deleting "$282.20" and inserting instead -
46 $292.30 ".

(2) Regulation 4513(4) is amended by deleting "$26.60." and

inserting instead -

5.           Regulation 45BAA amended

Regulation 45BAA(4)(g) is amended by deleting "$26.60" and inserting instead -

6.            Regulation 45BA amended

(1) Regulation 45BA(2) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$233.30" and inserting instead — " $241.60 ";
(b)	by deleting "$63.80" and inserting instead — " $65.80 ".

(2) Regulation 45BA(3) is amended by deleting "$175.50" and
inserting instead —

" $181.80 ".

(3) Regulation 45BA(6a)(b) is amended by deleting "$63.80." and
inserting instead —
