Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

I.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Navigable Waters
Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.            Regulation 46 amended

Regulation 46(2) of the Navigable Waters Regulations* is amended in the definition of "water ski-ing" after "an aquaplane" by inserting —
