NAVIGABLE WATERS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Navigable Waters Amendment

Regulations 1997.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997.

Principal regulations

3.       In these regulations the Navigable Waters Regulations* are referred to

as the principal regulations.

Regulation 45B amended

4.     (1) The Table to regulation 45B (3) of the principal regulations is

amended —

(a)	in item (i), by deleting "31" and substituting the following — " 40 ";
(b)	in item (ii), by deleting "62" and substituting the following —
44 79 ,,,,
(c)	in item (iii), by deleting "115" and substituting the following — " 147 "; and
(d)	in item (iv), by deleting "157" and substituting the following — " 201 ".

(2) Regulation 45B (4) of the principal regulations is amended by

deleting "$15.00." and substituting the following —

5.      Regulation 45BAA (4) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

115.00" and substituting the following —
" $19.00 ".

Regulation 45BA amended

Regulation 45BA (2) of the principal regulations is amended by

6. (1) deleting 1200.00" in the 2 places where it occurs and substituting in each

place the following —

" $206.00 ".

deleting "$150.00" and substituting the following — (2) Regulation 45BA (3) of the principal regulations is amended by

" $155.00 ".

deleting "$55.00" and substituting the following — (3) Regulation 45BA (6) of the principal regulations is amended by

" $57.00 ".
Regulation 45D amended

7.      Regulation 45D (2) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"$5.00," and substituting the following —
" $5.15, ".
