REGULATION UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1934.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1934.

Amendment of the Naval Reserve Regulations  

Deprivation and restoration of Good Service Badges in time of war.

After regulation 89b of the Naval Reserve Regulations, the following regulation is inserted:—

“89c. Notwithstanding anything contained in regulation 89b of these Regulations, any matter relating to the deprivation, including any penalties involved, and the restoration of Good Service Badges shall, in time of war, be dealt with as nearly as possible in accordance with the provisions governing the relative matter in force in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.”.
