REGULATIONS
UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1934.*
I,THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1934.

Amendments of the Naval Reserve Regulations.
Definitions.
1. Regulation 4 of the
Naval Reserve Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following
definition:—
“‘the Department’ means the
Department of the Navy.”.
Fees
for medical attendance.
2. Regulation
158 of the Naval Reserve Regulations is amended by omitting paragraphs (d) and (e) of sub-regulation (1.)
and inserting in their stead the following paragraphs:—
“(d)
Medical attendance on members of the Auxiliary Services, or members of the
Permanent Naval Forces left behind
from one of H.M.A. Ships, or sick on leave, or members of the Citizen Naval
Forces, or members of the crew of a vessel under the control of the
Department—
