REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1975.»

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1975.

A mendments of the Naval R eserve Cadets Regulations!

1. Regulation 18 of the Naval Reserve Cadets Regulations is amended by Special

omitting sub-regulations (4) to (8) (inclusive). allowance.

2. Regulations 19 and 20 of the Naval Reserve. Cadets Regulations are

repealed and the following regulation substituted:—

“ 19. An officer or instructor who, with the approval of the Naval Board, Pay-omccrs and

attends, for a period, a continuous training camp is entitled to be paid pay in !mtructors·

respect of that period at the rate specified in relation to his rank in the following

table:—

3. Regulation 21 of the Naval Reserve Cadets Regulations is amended by Marrinec omitting the words “ is payable” (second occurring) and substituting the words Bllowa"cc· “ was, immediately before the commencement of the amendments of the Naval

Financial Regulations declared to be the relevant amendments for the purposes of regulation 17 of the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations, payable ”,

4. Regulation zo or me Naval Reserve Cadets Regulations is amended by Efficiency,

omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1) the word “ sixty” and sub­

stituting the figures “ 50 ”.
