Naval Forces Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 3 July 1985.

Interpretation

2. Regulation 4 of the Naval Forces Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of “Commanding Officer” from sub-regulation (1).

Repeal of Divisions 2,3a and 8 of Part I

3. Divisions 2, 3a and 8 of Part I of the Naval Forces Regulations are repealed.

Repeal of Division 4 of Part II

4. Division 4 of Part II of the Naval Forces Regulations is repealed.

Repeal of Schedules 1 and 2

5. Schedules 1 and 2 to the Naval Forces Regulations are repealed.
