Naval Forces Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the government of Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910.

Repeal of regulation 169

1. Regulation 169 of the Naval Forces Regulations is repealed.

2. Regulation 170 of the Naval Forces Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Period of engagement

“170. For the purposes of sub-section 25 (1) of the Act, the prescribed period is 3 years.”.

Re-engagement for service

3. Regulation 172 of the Naval Forces Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1).
