STATUTORY RULES.

1954. No. 115.

REGULATION UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1952.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1952.

AMENDMENT OF NAVAL FORCES REGULATIONS. 

Retiring ages for Auxiliary Services.

Regulation 103 of the Naval Forces Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words—

"Deputy Inspector of Naval Ordnance ..............................................................

55 years"

and inserting in their stead the words—

"Chief Inspector of Naval Ordnance ................................................................

57 years

Deputy Inspector of Naval Ordnance ...............................................................

55 years".
