INTERIM DETERMINATION UNDER THE DEFENCE AMENDMENT ACT 19791

I, the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Amendment of the Naval Forces REGULATIONS2

 The Naval Forces Regulations are amended by inserting the following regulation after regulation 147:

Certain regulations have no effect

  • “'148.

    A regulation or paragraph specified in column 1 of the following table shall not have effect while the Determination or provision of a Determination specified in column 2 of that table opposite that regulation or paragraph is in force:
