Naval Forces Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Naval Defence Act 1910.

Reasons for discharge

Regulation 38 of the Naval Forces Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (i) “and”; and

(b) by adding at the end of sub-regulation (1) the following paragraph:

“; (k) that the sailor has not been granted, or has not accepted, Australian citizenship.”.
