REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1918.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1918, to come into operation forthwith.

Naval Forces Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1906, No. 20, as amended to present date.)

After regulation 5 of the Naval Forces Regulations, the following regulation is inserted:—

“5a. The Flag of the Naval Board is the Admiralty gold anchor on a red and blue field bisected horizontally, the top half red and the bottom half blue. The Flag of the Naval Board is to be saluted by firing fifteen guns, within the waters of the Commonwealth of Australia, on the same occasions as those on which the Admiralty Flag is saluted.”
