REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910–1918.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth ofAustralia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910–1918, to come into operation on and from 15th May, 1923.

Amendment of Statutory Rules 1924, No. 17.

(Amendment of Naval Financial Regulations—Statutory Rules 1920, No. 248, as amended to present date.)

The provisions of Statutory Rules 1924, No. 17, notified in Commonwealth of Australia Gazette, No. 10, of 7th February, 1924, shall, in so far as they relate to the date of operation of amendment of regulation 37 of the Naval Financial Regulations, come into operation on and from 15th May, 1923, and not otherwise.
