INTERIM DETERMINATION UNDER THE DEFENCE AMENDMENT ACT 19791

I, the Minister of State for Administrative Services acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Amendment of the Naval Financial Regulations2

Double bottoms pay

 Regulation 73 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:

• “(2)

  This regulation shall not have effect while Determination 0206, Confined Spaces Allowance made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903, is in force.”.
