INTERIM DETERMINATION UNDER THE DEFENCE

AMENDMENT ACT 19791

I, the Minister of State for Administrative Services acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

AMENDMENT OF THE NAVAL FINANCIAL REGULATIONS2

Good conduct increments

1.

Regulation 38 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting from sub‑regulation (2) “$104” (wherever occurring) and substituting “$112”.

Application

2.

The Naval Financial Regulations as amended by clause 1 apply in relation to service by a member on or after 6 June 1980.
