Naval Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Repeal

1. Regulations 30, 73, 79b, 107, 109, 110, 196aand 196bof the Naval Financial Regulations are repealed.

Outfit Allowance

2. Regulation 168 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulations (2a), (2b) and (5).
