Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination
under section 12 of the Defence Amendment
Act 1979.

(a)
by omitting the table in paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1) and substituting

Application
3. The Naval Financial
Regulations as amended by this Interim Determination apply in relation to an
authorized journey within the meaning of Division 2 of Part X of those
Regulations, or part of such an authorized journey, made on or after 1 May
1981.
