I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following

Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment

Act 1979.

1. Regulation 200 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended—

(a)

by omitting the table in paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1) and substituting the following table:

Application

2. The Naval Financial Regulations as amended by this Interim Determination apply in relation to an authorized journey within the meaning of Division 2 of Part X of those Regulations, or part of such an authorized journey, made on or after 1 May 1982.
