MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination
under section 12 of the Defence Amendment
Act 1979.

Repeal
1. Regulations 21 and 287
of the Naval Financial Regulations are repealed.
2. The Naval Financial
Regulations are amended by omitting from Part II the heading “Division 4—Higher
Duties Allowance”.
Application
3. The repeal of
regulation 21 of the Naval Financial Regulations shall take effect on the day
on which Determination 0212, Entertainment Allowance is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
