Naval Financial Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE SUPPORT acting for and on behalf of the Minister
of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under
section 12 of the
Dated 4 February 1983.

Regulation 177 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (3) and substituting the following sub-regulation:
“(3) In this regulation, a reference to a member shall include a reserve member and a member referred to in regulation 5a.”.
