under section 12 of the Defence Amendment
Act 1979.

Repeal
1. Regulation 291 of the Naval
Financial Regulations is repealed.
Application
2. This Interim
Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0798,
Gratuity for Members of the Emergency Reserve, is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
