Naval Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Naval Defence Act 1910.

Regulation 244 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting in sub-regulation (3) ", by instrument," after "may"; and

(b) by inserting in sub-regulation (3) "by that instrument" after "by the Minister".
