Naval Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Repeal

1. Regulations 121a, 122c, 122d, 122e, 122f and 122g of the Naval Financial Regulations are repealed.

Application

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0502, Scholarship Allowance, is made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903.
