Naval Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910.

Deductions from pay and allowances

1. Regulation 303 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (c) the following paragraph:

"(ca) by a determination in force under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903;".

Assignment of pay void

2. Regulation 304 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by inserting "under a determination in force under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903", after "charge" (second occurring).

Medical officer granted leave to study

3. Regulation 305 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "under these Regulations or any other regulations made under the Act or under the Act and any other Act or Acts"; and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (1a) "under these Regulations or under any other regulations made under the Act or under the Act and any other Act or Acts".
