Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the
following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment
Act 1979.

Repeal
1. Regulations 93, 94, 95 and 275 of
the Naval Financial Regulations are repealed.
Schedule 3
2. Schedule 3 of the Naval Financial
Regulations is amended by omitting "Regulation 93", "Regulation
94" and "Sub-regulation 95 (4)".
Application
3. This Interim Determination shall
take effect on the day on which Determination 0508, Living Out Away From Home
Allowance, is made under section 58b
of the Defence Act 1903.
