Naval Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Repeal

1. Regulations 211 and 230 of the Naval Financial Regulations are repealed.

Schedule 3

2. Schedule 3 to the Naval Financial Regulations is amended—

(a) at Part I by omitting "Regulation 90A" and "Regulation 176"; and

(b) at Part II by omitting "Regulation 196" and "Regulation 197".

3. Schedule 3 to the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting "Regulation 211" from Part II.

Application

4. Clauses 1 and 3 of this Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0506, Meal Allowance, is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
