Naval Financial Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the
Dated 18 May 1988.

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) the definitions of "authority of a State", "Board of Medical Survey", "checked sick", "Commonwealth Medical Officer", "detached duty", "harbour craft", "intended", "intermediate term duty", "living in", "living out", "lodgings", "long leave", "long term duty", "major war vessel", "place of detention", "recognized secondary school", "Royal Navy", "short leave", "sick on shore", "supply officer", "the Naval Officer-in-Charge", "time of peace", "unmarried member" and "weekend or periodic detention";
(b) by omitting subregulations (2) and (4);
(c) by omitting from subregulation (5) " 'category M member', 'category MS member', 'category O member',";
(d) by omitting from subregulation (5) ", 'dependant' and 'home' " and substituting "and 'dependant' "; and
(e) by omitting subregulations (8), (9), (10) and (11).
"263. In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears, 'member' means a reserve member.".
