Naval Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910.

Repeal of Division 1B of Part II

1. Division 1B of Part II of the Naval Financial Regulations is repealed.

Saving

2. Nothing in these Regulations affects:

(a) the right or ability of a member to make voluntary allotments; or

(b) allotments made before the date of commencement of these Regulations.
