1963. No. 12

REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1952.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1952.

Amendment of the Naval Financial Regulations.  

Medical and dental officers—special allowance.

1. Regulation 11 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting the table in sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following table:—

Application.

2. Special allowance is payable to officers of the Medical Branch and to officers of the Dental Branch in accordance with regulation 11 of the Naval Financial Regulations as amended by the last preceding regulation in respect of service on and after the first day of December, 1960.
