REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1952.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the NavalDefenceAct 1910-1952.

Amendments of the Naval Financial Regulations. 

Commencement.

1.—(1.) Subject to the next succeeding sub-regulation, these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the twenty-fourth day of May, 1957.

(2.) The amendment made by paragraph (a) of regulation 4 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of July, 1957.

4. Regulation 15 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the word “one” and inserting in its stead the word “six”; and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (3.) the words “and seventy-four” and inserting in their stead the words “one hundred”.
