STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1918.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL
in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the
Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations, under the

Amendment of Naval Financial Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1926, No. 198, as amended to present date.)

“‘Minister’ means the Minister administering the Naval Defence Act, or the member of the Executive Council for the time being acting in his stead.
‘Naval Board’ means the Naval Board of Administration constituted under the Acts.”
“(1) Kit Upkeep Allowance shall be granted to ratings commencing from date of entry as follows:—
Class I................................... | 10½d. per diem |
Class II.................................. | 8½d. per diem |
Class III................................. | 10d. per diem |
All Band Ratings................... | 10d. per diem”. |

5. Regulation 100, sub-paragraph (
d ) is amended by omitting the word “exists” and inserting in its stead the word “exist”.6. Regulation 119, sub-regulation 2 is amended by omitting “enetring” and inserting in its stead the word “entering “.
7. Regulation 141 is amended by omitting the word “person” in the first-line of sub-regulation 1 and inserting in its stead the word “persons”.
