REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1918.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over
the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulations, under the

(1) by inserting after the word “dependent” in the seventh line of sub-regulation (1) the words “and maintained by him”
(2) by adding at the end of paragraph (
b ) of sub-regulation (2) the words “and maintained by him”.(3) by inserting after the word “member” in the fifth line of paragraph (
c ) of sub-regulation (2) the words “and maintained by him”.3006.—Price 3d.
“(5) Time whilst all pay is stopped under this regulation shall not count in connection with award or restoration of good conduct badges in the case of a rating belonging to the Royal Australian Navy, nor for pay on account of badges awarded to a rating of the Royal Navy serving in the Royal Australian Navy.”
