REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1934.*

I, Deputy of the THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations, under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1934.

Amendment of Naval Financial Regulations. 

Operation of Amendments.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of July, 1936.

Victualling Allowance.

2. Regulation 76, sub-regulation (1), of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting the amount “1s. 5d.” and inserting in its stead the amount “1s. 6d.”

Messing Allowance.

3. Regulation 78 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting the amount “7d.” and inserting in its stead the amount “8d.”

Leave Allowance.

4. Regulation 79 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting the amount “2s. 5d.” and inserting in its stead the amount “2s. 7d.”

Provision Allowance.

5. Regulation 80 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting the amount “2s. 5d.” and inserting in its stead the amount “2s. 7d.”
