STATUTORY RULES.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1934.*

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1934.

Amendment of Naval Financial Regulations,  

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of July, 1938.

Victualling Allowance.

2. Regulation 76 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the figures and letters “1s. 6d.” and inserting in their stead the figures and letters “1s. 7d.”.

Messing Allowance.

3. Regulation 78 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting the figure and letter “ 8d.” and inserting in their stead the figures and letter “ 8½d.”.

Leave Allowance.

4. Regulation 79 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting the figures “ 2/ 7 ” and inserting in their stead the figures “ 2/9 ”.

Provision Allowance.

5. Regulation 80 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting the figures and letters “ 2s. 7d. ” and inserting in their stead the figures and letters “ 2s. 9d.”.
