advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

3 No. Tunics, drill, with blue facings (Chief Petty Officer Stewards and Officers’ Stewards only).
3 pairs Gloves, white, cotton, (Chief Petty Officer Stewards and Officers’ Stewards only):
Provided that—
(
a ) if the rating engages for a period of three years or less, the articles of kit issued to him shall be treated as loaned articles which he shall maintain from Kit Upkeep Allowance;(
b ) if the rating re-engages to complete a total period of at least five years’ continuous service, the articles may be permanently retained by him.”.
