REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1939 AND THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1934.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1908-1939 and the Naval Defence Act 1910-1934.

Amendment of the Naval Financial Regulations. 

Special Allowance.

1. Regulation 48 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting paragraphs (b) and (c) of sub-regulation (54) and inserting in their stead the following paragraphs:—
