Naval Financial (Citizen Forces) Regulations (Cth)
REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1952.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL
in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the
Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the
Dated this 10th
day of January , 1961.

NAVAL FINANCIAL (CITIZEN FORCES) REGULATIONS.
“man” means a male person serving in the Citizen Naval Forces and holding a rating of or below that of Chief Petty Officer;
“officer” includes an officer of the Special Duties List and a subordinate officer;
“rank” includes acting rank and relative rank;
“rating” includes acting rating and relative rating;
“the Naval Board” means the Board of Administration for the Naval Forces called the Naval Board and constituted under section 7 of the
Naval Defence Act 1910-1952.
